I like some of the bands you've listed but my favorite is Pete Doherty from the Libertines. There's a video on youtube of him playing Hired Gun... omg O_O mrgreen
Lately since summer is starting, my friends and I have been bbqing downstairs at the pool of my apartment complex and one guy brought his acoustic so we all sing and ask him to play stuff for us. It's really cool.

lol I live in the middle of nowhere so the 'indie scene' is ...well thats not true.
Its actually thriving, but with no name artists that no one knows. Local stuff...that honestly sucks. -_- lol its popular here, we just automatically suck.
lol Im on the east coast side of the US. NC more specifically. All the good bands are playing on the west coast, or too far north from us...T,T lol,
though I hear Relient K is playing locally soon..and RA.
