This is a black list of people on gaia that have stolen art and claimed it as there own. If you run into anyone on this list you are advised not to trust them. They will say and do what ever they can to get what they want.
for example taking other peoples art work and entering them in contests then if they win they claim the reward for themselves. As you can see thieving of anykind will not be tolerated. If you wish to get your name on this list you are only hurting yourself.
