We will block off new members from immeadiately joining the Gotei 13, seeing as I have opened the Shinigami Academy.
I am not trying to be unfair, just stabalizing the guild for new changes and hoepfully a chance to make the guild much funner for the members. I also request all mods to invite! We'll have more friends, people, and fun!
