REJOICE, fellow Pokemon lovers, for it is officially confirmed that Gold and Silver have remakes!!! Introducing HeartGold and SoulSilver! The two games are coming out this fall in Japan, so I think the US might get it Spring of next year. That's how it normally goes at least...
Nevertheless, we can anticipate the release of the remake of one of the best games in Pokemon history! Alright, let's chat about Gold and Silver now cool

I know I heard about this a day or so ago and I nearly EXPLODED with JOY! OMG I can't wait!!! Gold and Silver were epic!! I cried so bad when both of my games got corrupted ;_;

Omg I did too. I cried and cried and cried. I couldn't stop. sad Then my game boy color broke down and wouldn't work anymore and my mom wouldn't buy my another one. I had the speical Yellow Pikachu one. ^.^
And yeah. I haven't played it in............alot of years. I can't wait till it comes out. Which will be next year since it comes out in Japan this fall.

Gold and Silver WERE The best pokemon games ever.
They were the first to introduce rare shiny pokemon.
They had a system like D/P/P for the time, the sky changed different colors depending on the time.
They introduced Espeon and Umbreon, my favorite Eevee Evolutions.
They made the speical pokemon balls, such as Net Balls.
They were THE BEST GAME EVER.
They to this day, were the only games to have 2 reigons to play, other then their sister game Crystal.
And don't get me started on Crystal....

They definately were pretty awesome. so anyone hear any weird and fantastical rumours regarding the new games ^^ they are always fun to listen to.

No, I havn't heard any rumors. I've been going to Serebi daily though.
Have yous een the pre-release photos. It looks like your starter followed you out of its pokeball, like Pikachu does in yellow. O.O
Oh wait, that is a Rumor!!! Hehehe.

But thats a justifiable rumour, I heard a rumour somewhere that supposey when you breed pokemon there will be visual differences in the offspring. >> while it would be interesting I find it very very very hard to believe.

I heard an unlikely rumor on livejournal that you'd have a skateboard instead of a bike. :/
Yggdrasil is cute, fluffy and insane. Imagine that.

I can't remember where, but some POkemon site said to ignore the rumors about the Skateboard.
BUt that would be kinda of cool. But I think the Bike is going to be the transportation, as all pokemon games, other then wlaking and running of course.
