Prolouge
I always thought that there was going to be a place for me. That where ever I went someone would be there for me. But oh, how wrong I was. I have a;ways done what I had to to be a better cat. I hunted for the elders, sent prayers to StarClan, followed my leaders every whim. But whatever I did didn't seem to change the fact that bad things always happened to me. I don't know where I came from, or who my parents are, or what lies ahead of me. But I do know one thing. I know that no matter where my destiny takes me, I will always be a true warrior.

Chapter 1: Day 1
Juniperpaw stretched, accidently hitting Ripplepaw who jumped on Lambpaw who squealed and woke Bitterpaw who fell on Leappaw who kicked Nectarpaw who raked her claws down Riverpaw's back who jumped up and startled Creekpaw who bumped into Eaglepaw.
"Juniperpaw!" Eaglepaw hissed, "Do we have to go through this every morning?"
"Sorry." Juniperpaw mummbled.
She padded out of the apprentices den flanked by Lambpaw and Ripplepaw. Berrynose located her immeadiately.
"Training." he ordered.
Juniperpaw nodded and was about to leave when Shadestep approached the two.
"Where are you going?" he asked.
"Training." Berrynose answered angrily.
"I'm coming with you."
"No. SHe's my apprentice!" Berrynose hissed.
Juniperpaw sighed. Things had been tense lately after ThunderClan and WindClan joined to make StormClan and ShadowClan and RiverClan had done the same, being MarshClan.
"I'm going hunting." an annoyed Juniperpaw determined.
She rushed out of camp before the two toms could object.She couldn't take them fighting anymore. She calmed down as she raced through the forest in deep thought. She suddenly rammed straight into another cat before she could react. She stood immeadiately and shook herself off. Staring her in the face was a gray apprentice with light blue eyes.
"Who are you?" He asked.
"My name is Juniperpaw." she replied.
"Your from StormClan aren't you?" he determined sniffing at her.
"Yes. Sorry I'm in MarshClan territory. I wasn't paying attention." Juniperpaw said scuffling with her paws in the dirt.
"That's ok." He said to her surprise, "But you'd better leave. Blackclaw would claw my ears off if he knew. My name is Stonepaw."
"Alright, Maybe I'll get to see you at the Gathering tonight, Stonepaw."
As she neered camp, three mice hanging from her jaws, she heard a wail. She rushed inside just in time to see Jayfeather and Leafpool running into the nursery.
"What's going on?" she asked Ripplepaw.
"Brightheart's having her kits. I heard there are two of them. Cloudtail must be proud." Ripplepaw replied.
Juniperpaw flicked her tail in understanding and turned to highledge where Bramblestar stood calling the summons for a meeting.
"Cloudtail, Whitewing, Birchfall, Squirrelflight, Hollyleaf, Berrynose, Owlwhisker, Lambpaw, Juniperpaw, and Ripplepaw will be attending the Gathering." he meowed.
Juniperpaw proceeded to the nursery soon after that. Inside Cloudtail was crouched next to Brightheart licking her with smooth rythmic strokes. Two tiny kits huddled close to her belly.
"What are you going to name them?" Juniperpaw asked.
"The ginger tabby is Lilackit, and the gray tom is Silentkit. He's mute." Brightheart mewed with exauhstion lagging her voice.
"Cloudtail, Bramblestar said your going to the Gathering tonight." He twitched his ears in response and Juniperpaw left the nursery. She stared up at the sky which was slowly darkening. This was going to be an interesting Gathering.....

Chapter 2: The Gathering
Juniperpaw landed at the end of the log, quickly stepping aside making room for the rest of the cats. Her eyes scanned the island, looking for any sign of the familiar gray pelt. She suddenly spotted him talking to a group of MarshClan apprentices. She strolled over to him and he stopped talking.
"Hi Juniperpaw. This is Swiftpaw, Pebblepaw, and Smokepaw." he introduced.
He continued talking, and she heard Swiftpaw whisper to Smokepaw.
"Why is Stonepaw so friendly with her?" Swiftpaw asked.
"Yeah. She's in StormClan. It's a shame though, she's pretty." Smokepaw meowed.
Juniperpaw's ears twitched in embarrassment. A yowl from the tree quieted the clearing and the meeting began. Bramblestar was about to speak but Russetstar interupted him.
"Why did you interupt me?" Bramblestar asked in confusion.
"Because your not a Clan, your a collection of kittypet's, loners, and rouges." Russetstar replied curtly.
Roars of outrage poured out from the group of StormClan cats.
"What?!" Bramblestar hissed.
"You have three days to leave the lake before we drive you out!" Russetstar mewed.
"Then we will fight!" Bramblestar said fiercely.
Russetstar suddenly jumped on him, knocking him from the tree and biting hard on the back of his neck. His body became eerily still as Russetstar continued to apply life threatening wounds. The clearing broke out in fighting and Juniperpaw slithered through the mass of writhing cats to Brambestar's side. Before she could act Russetstar leaped on her and aimed a bite for the neck. Juniperpaw went limp and Russetstar releaseh her grip, still ready to bite. Juniperpaw then came to life and scored her claws down Russetstar's soft belly flesh. She howled in pain and backed away, leaving Juniperpaw with enough time to hide with Bramblestar in the bushes.
