how about tek tek shugo chara style contests =]

or

like what they do in crunchyroll.com...

they have vending machines

this is how it works....

the first person says what the prizes are like for ex: ran, miki, and su pics

they...*insert a coin*

then they pic what kind of prize they want...and with that prize..they have to get a pic of it =]

and there's not really actual real prizes like gold

ok so here's an example of the vending machine

Prizes: ikuto transformation, yoru pic, ran's visor, miki's paintbrush, su's hat, amu's hairpins, ikuto's violin

*inserts coin*

my prize: yoru pic

then...the 2nd person who does this picks a prize from the person above and does the same thing...except this person keeps on adding prizes...then this keeps going and going and going =]
