regarding substitutes, I'm going to allow both sides to have up to 4... In the event that someone fails to start rping after a certain amount of time, a sub with an approved character may take their place... In the event that someone starts rping, but becomes extremely inactive, the team captain may replace them with a sub, but in this case the sub must rp with the other person's character.
