This is Pain's Amegakure. It is a place full of NPCS where the shinobi of South Amegakure can go without fear of attack.

Wati Ramses Runihura strode across the market not looking at any of the produce and articles of other things littering the place. He had one thing on his mind right now and it had nothing to do with buying rubbish.

He paused as something shiney caught his attention. He shook his head as he realized what had just happened. He firmly told himself, "Focus Wati Ra! Remember! Act cool!" He spoke really fast so that anyone actually listening to him wouldn't actually be able to hear what he just said. He winced again as he finished speaking. Damn. He simply couldn't control himself when it came to speaking. He had to be carefully when he met up with others and actually talked to them.

They'd never be able to actually understand him.

Wati walked out of this area and towards where the fight would be taking place at. The others should be over that way as well. After all there was no time to look at Shiney objects or objects that needed to be bought. Like food.
