This is considered one of the best hospitals in the world. The doctors here can cure almost anything, and heal even the close to death. There are machines here that can quickly restore chakra

Although not dressed in the uniform of most medical staff working here, Noel was a med-nin that worked here when she could. She'd usually leave Victoria in the break room with one or two of the staff on break or with nothing to do while she made her rounds and performed other duties. Noel was currently outside on the roof smoking a cigarette. It was so hard to get a smoking break here.

 Wati or Ra walked in and noticed Noel, "Noel, do you know if the fighting as started yet?" Wati hadn't seen any sign of fighting but then again with Shinobi you could never tell. He was proud his voice was slow enough for people to understand, He actually sounded normal paced and as if nothing was wrong with him.

"Started," Noel asked strangely. She looked at Wati as if he grew another head, "My good friend, how long have you been in Rain country, or better yet, is this your first time here? Let me tell you something, so far from what I've grown up with, there are four constants in Rain country: Rain, Sadness, Death, and fighting. That's it, there is no peace, there is no life, there is no happiness, and I don't think I've ever seen the sun."
She paused to wonder what he was going to say in return as she continued to smoke on her cigarette.

Wati waved his hand dismissivly, "Not that fighting. I'm talking about the battle plan! The real fighting with the north." He frowned at the girl smoking, " YOu do know about it don't you?"

"Ugh...maybe," Noel asked unsure of how to answer. She continued smoking for the moment for a shirt amount of time before speaking again, "Look, I just go where I'm needed. I don't care, as long as I get to see Hanzo die and raise my child in peace...or whatever amount of peace we can get before the next fight."

Wati asked, " And they thought you'd be most useful in the infirmary? Battle is where you should be...But I suppose they don't want you dieing before your kid gets to know you." He paused and examined the woman in front of him. He nodded, "Yeah. That's why I'm sure."

"Look, I'm a Med-nin, what part of me doing some time at the infirmary doesn't make sense," Noel asked with an incredulous look, "Look I'm all for raising my kid, but my duties come first, and so do my goals."

Wati raised a hand in defense, "Hey! I just think you'd be a great asset on the field instead of here. It's a compliment! I'm sure the heads wants you here because they want to preseve your life for your kid as much as possible. That's my thought on it all." He grinned, "No worries though. Your skills will be much need here as well." He knew how offensive he was being but then again he tended to do that a lot with everyone.

All of a sudden, the two, Waki and Noel, would hear a little voice in their head, resembling that of Shirinuke, the leader of this army-like militia. "I want you to to guard this outpost. Do not allow it to become destroyed nor over run. When I tell you to attack the opposing forces, do it at full strength. No holding back...if you hold back, I'll kill you myself...UNDERSTAND?!?!"

"Get out of my head Charles," Noel grounded out angrily, "Sheesh kid thinks he's top dog huh? Whatever. I bet he forgot to put on his diapers, probably why he's in a foul mood."
Noel's cigarette was done. She tossed the butt onto the ground and retrieved a new one and lit it up. She began her unhealthy addiction satisfying process again.

Wati laughed at Noel's comment. He shook his head, "You realize we've got the hardest job because we won't have the back up. I guess all we can do now is wait...GAH! I hate waiting!" He tapped his fingers against his leg the smallest hint of the hyper energy inside him.

Casually walking up to Noel and Wati with his hands in his pockets, Kazuma gave a curt nod to both of his comrades before folding his arms across his chest, the light of the sun illuminating his silvery white hair. Although the Chuunin's body looked quite relaxed, there was no mistaking the stern look in the young man's blood red eyes. Kazuma was all buisiness.
"If the enemy is smart, they'll attack this place first in order to limit our side's resources and kill off all of our healers. If that happens, this war is as good as over. It's up to us to keep that scenario from becoming a reality."

Looking at the kid, Wati couldn't help but want to tease the serious kid, " Did you forget your diapers too? Lighten up Kazuma, Noel and I can handle it. We're strong warriors! Never will be willing accept defeat. I will die fighting then give up!" Fire burned in the blond man's eyes as he declare his intent.
"Of course it won't come down to that. We will win every battle that is here in this place!" The confidence Wati showed was a small piece everyone in the village probably held. On both sides.

A voice would suddenly pop into Kazuma's head, no one elses. "You're one of the few who are attacking them. My only orders to you is to get over their do as much damage as possible."
