-A Sonic RolePlay -
The Story
The year is 2,009 A.D. The world was invaded by the Xorda, an alien race bent on destroying all life on Earth...families ripped apart...humans dying right and left...a program started so that humans wouldn't all be totally destroyed. They sent space pods into the cosmos, hoping they would survive and create new life again on Earth.
"Mom! Dad!" You shout scream as you shoved into a metal pod, similar to many others lined next to you. "Don't worry honey, we'll be okay." They smile, with tears running down their faces. The pod closes, sealing you inside. You feel it vibrate as it began it's ascent into the heavens along with thousands of others. You pound on the glass, feeling weaker every second. The special gas they designed to put humans to sleep for who knows how long is now starting to take effect. You feel the cushions under you grow softer and more tempting to lay on. You lay your head back on the soft down pillow and feel your eye lids beginning to droop. Soon, they close. Along with thousands of others.
The year is now 14,016 A.D.
Sonic and friends are lounging about after defeating Eggman for the thousandth time. "Hey! Look!" Amy shouts. A shooting star appears in the night sky, dashing by thousands of tiny little stars. "Sonic, make a wish!" She squeels. Sonic rubs his chin, and shrugs non-chalantly. "Why not?" He looks at the sky, his emerald green eyes glittering with diamonds. "I wish..." He closes his eyes as his friends lean in closer. "I wish to see...something new...something unique. Something...no one has seen in thousands of years! An adventure! And an end to Eggman of course." He grins at the last part. The others made their wishes, but none of them knew that shooting star was none other than a space pod holding a creature none have seen in the past 12,000 years.
The pod capsule opens for the first time in twelve eons, a little rusty from time. You go out into the fresh air for the first time in years, but you have no idea where or when you are. Make things worse, a witch that's a little miffed at Sonic for defeating her for the tenth time or so just so happened to spot you! You stare, uncertain at what you are seeing, a purple cat in a black cloak. Or it looks like a cat in a dark dress. The witch grins, and cackles crazily. You tell her what's happened, not knowning of past events or that she was a witch. "Human, eh? Never seen them in a while, but I sure don't like'em!" She scowls. The witch reveals her wand in her pocket and starts to mutter some weird words. Sensing the witch-craft you try to run, but are held firm by tree roots. You scream as the witch was about to turn you into whatever she had in mind, but a flash of light stops her. Light swirls around you, enriching you with energy. The witch, wide-eyed, runs for her life into the woods. The light energy fades, and you pass out in your pod.
Sonic and friends see a glare of light near the lake, unsure at what happened. Sonic, of course, gets there first along with Knuckles and Rouge. They see your arm dangling on the side of the pod, thinking someone got hurt. They look inside the pod to see you resting there, with a strange mark on your right hand that resembled a glowing star. They freeze, uncertain and totally clueless that you're a human.
Note!!
Everyone landed in the same general area, so the story about the witch and the glowing lights include everyone.

_______o1. ℓ i т є я α c y.• You know, basic grammar and spelling would be nice. I don't want any of that text talk, please. Anyway, as well as spelling and grammar, the occasional slip-ups are just fine. Just as long as they are every so often and not all the time.
_______o2. я σ m α η c є.• Is strongly encouraged. What do you think is going to happen? Nothing? Anyway. . . please make sure there are no cybering. Things shall not be too graphic for whatever young one who will happen to come by.

She hoped to go to an art school to further her studies, until the invasion. Stuffed into a pod, she was shot off into space with hopes to see her parents again. Her eye lids drooped shut, and slept for 12,000 years. He was an A student and boy scout who loved the out doors but also knew his way around technology. When the invasion came alonghe asked what he could do to help and they told him was just survive. ((I'll start us off biggrin ))
"Well I certainly got my wish, never seen that before" Sonic suggested to the pods with everyone in them. Sonic saw some resemblance in them and Eggman but didn't jump to any conclusions since they appeared to be just kids. "Hello in there, you alright?" Sonic asked to no pod in particular willing for anyone to answer him.
"Ooooh my head" Rolland said sitting up in his pod as it was laying on the ground. His head was banging from him falling in after seeing the crazy witch thing happen. He looked around seeing more of the animals standing on two feet and rubbed his eyes. "The drugs they used on us to make us sleep must be causing me to hallucinate, cause I'm seeing color coated critters" Rolland said not believing this.

Ashe got up and had her hand on her head with orangesh red hair with red eyes pus a white shirt.She also had a red srkt with boots and an brelit on her left hand."Huh.Ok that drug they used on me to put me to asleep is making me go crazy cus I'm seeing animals that can stand and talk." Ashe said as she was sitting up in the pod she was in.

Sonic frowned slightly hearing what the two just said and looked at them. "There really is walking talking animals, why wouldn't there be?" Sonic asked them walking up to Rolland inspecting him for a second before moving to Ashe. "Besides you're the strange ones here, falling out of the sky, being something I don't know, and having those marks on your hands" Sonic said pointing to Ashe's right hand.
"What?" Rolland asked out loud stepping out of his pod and looking at the back of his hand. True there was a mark in the form of a star on it, and it seemed to glow slightly! "Oh god what happened?" Rolland asked running his left hand through his hair as he still stared at his right.

Ashe looked her right hand and saw the mark that looked like a star.It started to glow slightly."I don't rember having this mark there befor.And just to let you know I happend to a human.Sorry for freaking out for a second.My name is Ashe Rose.Whats your name?" Ashe asked Sonic as she got out of the pod and onto the ground.

"Ugh..." A girl with soft blonde hair caressed her temples, totally confused at the scene. Creatures standing on two legs was one thing, but having them talk was another story all together. Her artistic history sadly didn't have anything close to what she was seeing. She rubbed her eyes to get any eye junk and tried to introduce herself. "Um...I'm Dove Heart...a human." She whispers, still a little tired from earlier. She cautiously steps out of her pod, and onto soft earth. She breathed in air for the first time in a while, causing her to cough a little to get something fresh in her lungs.
Hearing what the animal had said, Dovestole a glimpse at her hand wondering if the star is just dust or something of the like. Unfortunately, it didn't come off. It just glowed slightly, and was still warm from the sudden flash.

Sonic turned around to look at Dove inspecting all three of them. "Humans huh, this is the most humans I've seen in my life" Sonic said folding his arms. "Oh ya" Sonic said to himself, "I'm Sonic the Hedgehog" Sonic said introducing himself. "Anyway I'm sure it's nice to meet you Ashe, Dove, and..." Sonic trailed off not knowing the boys name.
"Rolland, Rolland Right" Rolland said introducing himself.
"And you Rolland, I'm sure you all will be better then the other human we have here" Sonic said thinking Eggman for a second. "Oh and why are you all falling out of the sky?" Sonic asked knowing now they can't answer the star on the hand question.

"Nice to meet you Sonic.Well the resion for us falling out of the sky is that are home was invaded and many of are kind where killed.Many of us where put in to these pods and a sleeping drug was used to put us to sleep for who knows how many years so that are race whould stay alive." Ashe said.

Dove nodded to Ashe's summary of Earth's problems. "So... can you tell us what year is this, please...?" She asked politely. She knew it's been a while, that's for certain if there wasn't any humans around. I hope that there are more than just us...she concluded in her mind.

"The year is 14,016" Sonic said before taking a seat at the base of a tree.
Rolland thought for a second before blurting out, "it's been over twelve thousand years!" Rolland stated gripping his head. Rolland sat back down onto his pod thinking over the situation. It's been over twelve thousend years, humans are completely gone, and there was that.... "Anyone else see that freaky purple cat, the one that spelled bad mojo?" Rolland asked the group.
