I'm in desperate need of something I've never heard of.. Something that's complicated, fast, but not overly challenging (Or I won't practice it)

Im not sure what your idea of semi-difficult is but you should try to play the Carmen Fantaisie by George Bizet and Francois Borne! Its really a great piece!
