Area 21 -> Level 2

Level 2

When a supporter has an ID Card with security level 2, they are allowed to enter this level. The testing of different chemical and biological products on plants occurs on this level. Chances of getting hurt here are minimal, based upon the individual experiment.

Aijou stepped off the elevator and headed for the lab containing specimens of various plants. Looking over what was there, it was more than obvious this small amount would not begin to cover their needs. She realized this problem would take the best minds G Corp had to offer, if they were to produce enough vegetation to sustain baby dinosaurs. They would need to substantially accelerate the growth of the plants.

Zaer walked through Level 2, making her way towards the large greenhouse like room at the end of her corridor. Once inside she began to examine the plants, starting with the least harmful varieties.

Zaer had been briefed on her duties a few days before arriving at G-Corp. All she needed to do at the moment was look after the plants and keep notes on any changes brought on by any experiments. On paper it sounded fairly simple but some of the plants required very odd and specific care.

Once she’d finished the routine examination she headed back towards the more common plants. Zaer took a small plastic dish out of her bag, and then poked a few holes into it using one of her daggers so the water would drain out. After double-checking the lab was more or less empty she took out the small bundle of dried roots.

“Selaginella lepidophylla… The Rose of Jericho,” she muttered, placing it in the newly made container before adding a little water.

At first nothing seemed to happen. Then gradually the roots began to expand at a seemingly unnatural pace. Zaer smiled happily, placing her new plant behind some of the others where it still had enough light to flourish.

(The plant Zaer owns does exist. It’s commonly sold for it’s novelty and apparent unkillability. Wiki has a picture It’s ability to "resurrect" itself makes it very important to her!)

Zaer carefully checked the plant once more- it looked perfectly normal now it had finished "resurrecting" itself.

She then left Level 2, deciding to explore G-Corp a bit more.

Zaer walked back into the underground greenhouse at the end of Level 2 and began her second daily examination of the plants.

Conner stepped through the doors of the level and looked about, immersing himself in his new work place. he quickly found an area to set his effects and began his work.

Zaer left Level 2, heading towards the main level. She'd spent nearly all her time hiding in Level 2 due to it being an Evijan free zone.

Zaer walked back into the level, munching on the apple. "The caffeteria was pretty quiet..." she thought. "Maybe I could steal some food from there and hide it somewhere on Level 2. Anything to reduce the risk of running into her again."

Conner wiped his brow, He'd been working on several plants, helping them get a bit more of an edge on their life's, which his abilities, as well as taking stock and note of other plants. He'd been at this for what seemed an eternity, yet he'd barely categorized even half the level's plant life.

He sighed, putting down his pen and paper, on a random desk, and decided on taking a break. He began heading towards the main level, making sure to take a small rose flower with him, attaching it to his shirt as if it was a corsage.

((Conner make's sure never to leave without a plant nearby))

Zaer sprinted around the Greenhouse in a panic. She’d only just read the email about Goosies birthday party and had spent the last half hour trying to look at least somewhat decent.
“Gift, gift, gift…” Zaer repeated to herself, wondering what would be appropriate. “That’ll do!” she exclaimed, picking up the nearest healthy looking plant before running towards the cafeteria.

Zaer went back to her routine check of the non-carnivorous plants. She hadn't wanted to leave the party so early, but she didn't want to get in trouble for not doing her job.

Zaer quickly glanced around to make sure nobody else was watching her before carefully lifting up the plastic container that she'd made a few days ago. The plant looked perfectly normal now- it had stopped growing at a rapid pace not long after first being watered.
She quickly placed it in a bucket, along with a few herbs and vegetables from other parts of the greenhouse before leaving for Lab 201.

User Image After carrying out the routine check and feeding of the plants Zaer walked over to the more normal varieties.

Despite spending so much time reading and studying all things horticultural Zaer didn't know much about the meanings of the flowers. Besides, was there even a "Sorry you had a nightmare and sorry I was eavesdropping" flower anyway?

After some thought she turned towards the herbs and cut a few sprigs of lavender- perfect for helping people to sleep. Then she added some St John's Wort flowers that apparently helped lessen anxiety. The purples, yellows and greens clashed a bit but it would have to do.

She then left for the Bunkers.

Zaer, trying her best to not look suspicious, walked over to a row of herbs. She began to examine them carefully as she decided which one to take to her own lab.

Temple had found his way onto the second level after wandering for quite some time. As he walked, he held his arm out and flicked his fingers, watching a few minuscule purple sparks shoot off and seeming pleased with himself.

He looked up, noticing a woman heading his way with a plant in tow and raised an eyebrow at her, saying "Hey."
