Located on the Top Gun Harbor lies a branch of Empress Dee's Lounge. A magical place for all. One that grows with the people. As more show, the more the place grows.

Currently, it looks like an empty jet hangar with nothing in it but one person and a bar. No drinks, no food, no kitchen. Those do not appear unless you want them.

For this place is magic. Without people, creatures, and whatnot, this place stays the way it is, collecting dust.
