Alright.
The Misfits had Myke Hideous(from the Empire Hideous) sing for them...for a short time..also Deedee Ramone was in the Misfits for a short amount of time.
They're named after the movie Marylin Monroe was in: The Misfits.
And their symbol (known as the crimson ghost) is from the 1946 horror film The Crimson Ghost...which was a masked fiend in the movie.
