Side Ban The Douche: Pif Is a Douche, and is breaking the don't be a douche rule, cannot ignore because you'd want to know what they were saying about you and is only masking the problem.
Side Just Press Ignore: Pif has always been rude but that's just his humor, if you block them it means the rest of the guild can still talk to them even if you don't want to.

There should be an "Indifferent" option on the poll.
People who are indifferent to the situation are clearly going to vote for Pif to stay, because it's the "nicer" thing to do.
Also. Someone in a VP/Captain position could easily promote mules one by one, vote, then ban the mules. So this whole anonymous thing is pretty dumb.
This is a guild. we're not going to hate you just because we have conflicting opinions on whether Pif stays or not. Hell, he won't even care himself. Not to mention it's silly because all our other votes haven't been anonymous and there hasn't been a problem.
And there's a certain psychology to polls. Someone is more likely to vote "Indifferent" if it's present on a poll, rather than if they had to post.
