Okinawa, Japan

In a small park in Okinawa, a small pavillion covered in cherry blossom wreaths sits under boughs of cherry. There are a few rows of chairs, and, at the back, a video camera with a flashing red light to show that it's streaming.

Bethan grinned and went into the pavillion to meet a smiling Annabella, who was wearing a cream dress, in a similar style to that of the bridesmaids dresses, but not quite. A small black-haired girl with shocking green eyes ran up and hugged Bethan.
"Bethan! You look gorgeous! Where's Christophe?" she had a lilting french accent, and her voice betrayed the fact that she was 13, much older than she looked.
Bethan beamed from under her curled hair. It was piled up on top of her head, and pinned by a tiara, from which hung a veil on the back of her head. "He's coming in a second, Cassie." turning to Annabella she said, "Bella, is everything ready? The teleport pad needs to be in your reception room."
Annabella nodded, and rushed off to the 'reception room', which was really a small pagoda to cover the entrance to their real home.

Ms. Terry winced, and put her hand to her stomach. Shaking it off, she put the finishing touches to her wedding outfit - a loose green silk gown - and teleported to her seat in the pavillion. Seeing Bethan, she stood up - too quickly. "Ouch, head rush, Bethan!" she called. A pale girl with shoulder-length blonde hair and cold blue eyes was stood watching her. Her bridesmaid dress was blue, meaning she was a junior bridesmaid, probably Helena.
"Luna?" she said. "Shall I get Bethan? She's packing Chris' honeymoon suitcase." this girl had a German accent, which contrasted with her soft, quiet voice.
"No, I'm fine. It doesn't matter, I shall have to catch her after the ceremony. Where are Ava and Harri?"

[[I think they're still at HH, unless they got teleported with Bethan... hmmm. She's really late for her wedding, huh?]]

Ms. Terry smiled, and patted Ava's shoulders.
"I think he's helping Chris get ready. Now, I think this is the bride's side so come and sit in the front row." she smiled again in a motherly way that was horribly unusual. "I'll just stand in the fresh air for a while and wait for Henry - He has Tom's seat." her voice trembled, but then she regained her composure, "It's been over a month since I saw him last." She smiled again. It was weird, she was all... nice. Like she'd been drinking. Only she hadn't.

Java grinned as he pinned on Christopher's boutonniere. Then he stepped back. "She's a lucky girl. Hey, where you going for the honeymoon?"
Chris smiled back, smoothing his suit and looking at himself in the mirror.
"Hawaii. There's a superpowers institute there that I'm going to keep Bethan away from." he smiled to himself, "I'll take her to see the volcanoes, get some pictures for Lena, then some of the sea for Bella, and Cassie's insisting we bring her back a lei and a grass skirt."
Straightening up from tying his laces, he grinned. "I think we're nearly ready. Mike, you ready?" he called to Mike, who was in the bathroom. Turning to Java, he continued, "Thanks for being my other best man, Java. Don't worry, Kara'll be in safe hands while you're escorting your bridesmaid - Ava, right? Mike's bagsied Harri."
Kara had been left with Anya while Java and Ava were in Japan. Only a few people were going to the ceremony, but the reception was at Hero High.

Ava followed Ms. Terry and nodded. "Okay, good. Thank you." She squeezed her shoulder and smiled. "Everything's going to be okay, Ms Terry." She winked at her and then walked over to her seat and sat down. She crossed her legs and put her hands on her lap. She fiddled with her hair as she waited for everything to get ready.

Andrew blinked when he heard a disturbing voice flash through his mind. It wasn't familiar and he was curious. He jumped down from his spot on the tree and looked around. "Hello?" He asked himself out loud.

Bethan heard the voice too. Looking around she realised nobody else had heard it, probably just those at Hero High and those, like her, who were connected to the shielding system.
Yep, Haru, I heard her. thoughtspoke Bethan, looking at Harri. I'll activate the shield so she won't get in without a good deal of mental hurt. She shook her head slightly - she wished she hadn't had to add that feature to the security system, but it was things like this that made it neccessary.
I'll deal with her after the service. She clapped her hands to her mouth. "It's time to start!"





Lilia saw Andrew and smiled charmingly.
"Hey, don't you go to St. Servatus? I'm Lilia."
She undid her coat to reveal a sweet, but flattering, white and yellow dress.
"I'm supposed to be going to Bethan's wedding, but my tickets didn't arrive in time and I can't teleport. Is there a teleport pad?"
She fluttered her lashes.

Lilia smiled, relaxing her body language when his told her to.
"Okay, well, perhaps in the main hall?"
Her hand was on her hip, and she flipped her hair slightly.
"This way, right?" she said, and started walking towards the main building.
A sharp pain in her head stopped her. "Ouch. Can you teleport?"

A string quartet started playing the music. Anabella motioned everybody (Mike, Java, Harri, Ava, Odette, Helena, and Cassandre) to the back of the pavilion. Chris was at the altar already, waiting.
"Pair up, and then I'll tell you when to walk. Go stand at the front, guys on the right, girls on the left. Then Bethan will walk down the aisle. Okay?"

Lilia's smile flickered off, then was back in an instant.
"Sure, thanks. I guess I'll have to miss the actual wedding." she turned away slightly, "I was really looking forward to seeing my sister get married, you know?" she turned back, her eyes round and imploring. A strand of golden hair fell down her cheek.

Java grinned and led Ava down the aisle, then they split to go either side. After Mike and Harri had done the same thing, the wedding march started up. Everyone turned to watch Bethan.

Bethan walked gracefully (for once) down the aisle. Her bouquet was made up of white roses and cherry blossom. Her dress was white, with puffed sleeves, and blue beading on the bodice. From a sapphire-studded tiara hung a shimmery powder-blue veil, which covered her face, thought you could see her smiling underneath. Cassandre and Odette, in their pink dresses, carried her train. She touched Ms. Terry's hand briefly as she went up to the altar.
"Dear beloved...." the priest droned....
The service was short and sweet, and after about an hour Bethan and Christopher Blake walked up the aisle.
Slumping into an armchair in the pagoda, and taking off ehr tiara, Bethan said "So, Lilia?" to Mike, Java, Christopher, Ava, Annabella, Helena, and Harri. Ms. Terry had snuck off with the mayor.

Ava shrugged and said, "Do we even have to do anything?" She blinked. "I mean, who's at Parkers right now? Anyone that's strong enough to take care of her by themself?" She glanced at Harria and grinned, elbowing her softly. "But I am up for that...erasing her memory idea!" She laughed.

Becca sat near the bank of the aptly named FrogPrince Pond deep in the woods, watching skater's skip across the water's surface. She wondered about taking off, but was deeply bored and wondered if she could find anyone to talk to.. though everyone was probably at the Head girl's wedding. As she walked back out of the woods with her head in the clouds [not literally..] she marveled at marriage. "Boy, that always seems a bit sudden to me.." she murmured to herself. She was now walking across the grounds, and tripped over Lilia, pitching head first into Andrew's shoulder, and rolling in a ball on the grass. Luckily she hadn't touched either of them with her bare skin, so they were alive. Still squashed into the grass, she mumbled. "Oh god sorry!" knowing she must have kicked Lilia a bit. Struggling to find her feet again, she sat up with a huff. "Sorry! I didn't mean to hit you! You guys are still alive, right?" she asked, her cheeks heating pink, and her long hair curling over her shoulders. She felt her head gingerly as she spoke, feeling a bruise start to rise on her forehead.
