Making Root Beer

I spend half of my time cooking at work and do not really have time for many hobbies. So I have decided to get back into making Root Beer. I used to do this but have not done it in a while. I used to make special flavors of root beer. My main flavors were Cinnamon and clove(many people liked this one) and raspberry(never perfected this one). Hopefully in a few weeks I can tell you how it went and maybe even some recipes.

Cinnamon root beer is one of my favorites, there is a restaurant down in Dallas, called Twisted Root. They have it on tap!

I would try anise root beer, since most people can taste licorice notes in root beer anyway. This would enhance it.
