So I'm a charm beginner and I was making charms the other day.
The first few came out really nicely.
They were painted purple and blue and stuff.
But when I tried to glaze a black cat I made, it seemed almost like the glaze wasn't sticking or something. Parts of the cat were shiny and other parts looked as if I had never glazed them.
Help?

Also, are there any suggestions for smoothing?
I was making an octopus (following oboro-chan's tutorial via DeviantArt) and I could not, for the life of me, make my tentacles really smooth into the body of the octopus. you could see when I tried to mesh the tentacle and the body together. Suggestions?
