As you walk in, you are greeted with the warmth of a fireplace at the head of the room. After you move from the entryway, the floor is covered in tatami. On the wall opposite of the fireplace is a desk with a chair behind it, various piles of paperwork on top. The center of the room has a coffee table with a couch on each side. There is a book case in the back, filled with various texts on combat techniques, history of the world and the Soul Society, and various other fictional novels. In the front corner is a small drink cabinet, holding various kinds of liquors from around the world and a small minifridge with other kid friendly drinks. Over by the book shelves is a cabinet with a cd player and stereo system on top, with a record player on top of that. Upon looking, you can see speakers lining the corners of the room. Inside the cabinet is a varied selection of cd's and vinyl, ranging from classical to Rock, jazz to reggae, and everything in between.

Neppa stormed back into his office. It could easily be seen on his face and through the 100F heat around him that something was aggravating him. How could the Captain Commander not realize the threat that the Hueco Mundo now posed? They've taken out Qastor, a status symbol amongst the Shinigami, and who knows what secrets the spy has relieved to it's commander. Neppa couldn't stand the Captain Commander's lack of action! Raising his hands, he slammed them hard into the desk top, sending sparks out and causing the desk to scorch, letting out a growl in the process. He then fell to the ground, his back to his desk, head in his hands. Why did this all happen?
How could he fix it?
There had to be some way.
Any way at all would work.
Any.

Tokuzen barged into Neppa's office, his emotionless eyes scanning the room for Neppa. They didn't scan for very long, obviously. He left the door to Neppa's office open in an attempt to lower the scorching heat inside the room.
Neppa must've been upset, or at least, Tokuzen thought so.
"What do you want?"
Neppa might not remember, but Tokuzen was referring to his earlier visit to the barracks. Neppa wanted something back then, which was most likely why he spread his reiatsu to wake everyone up.
Unfortunately, Tokuzen didn't bother to elaborate, so it would be up to Neppa to figure out what he was talking about.

Well, Neppa wasn't quite counting on a subordinate showing up. He quickly looked up to see his Lieutenant standing in the door way looking down on him. It wasn't too good of an idea for him to stay like this for long. If word spread about a squad Captain, especially Squad 11, breaking down like this, the squad morale would drop sharply. So he stood up, regaining his composer, straightening out his outfit. Well, since Tokuzen was here, he decided that it would be time to at least formally promoting him. "Yes. Thank you for coming." Reaching around in one of the draws in the desk, he took out the Vice Captain badge and handed it over to Tokuzen. "Because our last Vice Captain has stepped down do to personal problems, I have selected you to be the new Vice Captain of Squad 11."

Tokuzen took the Vice Captain badge and looked at it for a while. His face didn't show so much as a flicker of emotion as he looked at it, and simply put it away in his pocket.
"Hmm... If I had known I would have gotten promoted earlier, perhaps I would not have overslept."
That was a bold-faced lie, and they both knew it.
He decided not to question why Neppa was on the floor, or even WHO the previous vice captain was.
It was at that point that Tokuzen realized: With this new rank, came new work, something he despised more than anything else. He let out a sigh. This sigh was silent, but was made visible by the motion in his chest.
After a while, Tokuzen threw caution to the wind.
"Might there be an explanation as to why you were on the ground?"

So the inevitable question had been spoken. Neppa let out a sigh himself, slouching down a bit. He guess he might as well tell him, being his Lieutenant and all. "General knowledge hasn't been released yet, so do not tell your squad mates. Former Captain Qastor has been murdered." He stopped to let it sink in a bit. "He has been murdered by a renegade Shinigami acting as a spy for the Hueco Mundo." His left hand clenched in to a fist, remembering the Captain Commander's disregard of the situation. Whether it really happened or not, it looked as if the tattoo on his arm flicked a bit as he clenched his fist.

There was a brief flicker of sadness in Tokuzen's eyes before they returned to their original emotionless state. He crossed his arms as he listened to the rest of Neppa's words, and took note of Neppa's clenched fist. Something was wrong.
"Then tell me. When will we begin hunting for this spy?"
He now looked at Neppa not with emotionless, but heartless eyes. Heartless eyes that desired revenge.

The question that left Tokuzen was one that brought some hope to Neppa. At least his squad would help him. "We won't. The Captain Commander forbids any action without him surveying the situation." This got things turning in his head. Maybe he should just go on his own, run the whole operation himself. That'll make sure that everything get's done correctly, but there was too much to do. Then maybe he should just use the strongest of the Squad? Tokuzen was ready for Bankai training, he'd grown much in the past few years. "Tokuzen, are you ready for the last of the training I can give you here? It will take time and much energy, but I believe you are ready to work on obtaining your Bankai."

Tokuzen let out another silent sigh, one that was visible in his chest. Of course, he would expect the Captain Commander to do something like that in such a situation.
What bothered him more was Neppa's belief that Tokuzen was ready for Bankai training. Specifically, the part having to do with 'Time and much energy'. As usual, Tokuzen despised the idea, but didn't really have the right to object. He let out yet another silent sigh.
"Hmm... I suppose if there is nothing left to do. I might as well."
He said in a low tone.

"Good," Neppa began. Very good. Getting Tokuzen up to strength would make him a valuable asset in the fight. Red had done quite a bit of solo training. After getting Tokuzen up to Bankai strength, possibly higher, then he'd think about Red. "We'll start when you are ready. Get something to eat and meet me in the Sparring Chamber. We'll begin when you are arrive." With a shuffle around and a pat on Tokuzen's shoulder, he left for the Sparring Chamber to await Tokuzen's arrival.

Tokuzen nodded as Neppa walked by him. He stood there for a few moments while he contemplated what his Bankai would look like. Many images rushed through his mind, but none of them seemed very powerful. After a while, he turned around and left the office. Apparently, he was expected somewhere. ((Meh... it's getting harder and harder to rp...))

Shortly after returning to his office, Neppa was greeted by a Hell Butterfly. Landing on his shoulder, it relayed the message that he needed to get to the Captain's Hall for a meeting. Disgruntled that he wouldn't have time to rest, he searched for the spare haori he had somewhere in his office. After finding it under one of the couches, he shook it out and looked it over. It wasn't as ripped and ragged as his old one, but the sleeves were still attached. So, with one foot on the haori on the table and one grabbing the sleeve, Neppa ripped the sleeve off cleanly. A little bit of fraying occurred, but the base of the haori was still in one piece. Switch sides and sleeves, he did the same with the other arm before putting it on. He hadn't time to look for another gi, so the haori would do for now. With that, Neppa left for the meeting at the Captain's Hall.
