(sorry that this post is so long but im going to be chopping up the story into bits to make it easier to read)
Today was like any other, it was peaceful and fun but for some people it was boring take Taki for example, he hated classes because they where so boring and we where not allowed to use our powers.
Taki yawned as he lazed back in his chair thinking about what cool things the X-men where doing, he wished he could be doing a cool mission, saving the world or being cool. Ayame smiled at Taki knowing what he was thinking about he had been Taki's best friend since they had arrived, it had'nt been very long but Ayame knew what was on Taki's mind for you see, he had the gift of reading minds.
You could say that this was cool but Ayame hated his power because before he came to this gifted school, he would be lonely, teased and sometimes raped when he was younger. His parents didnt know what to do, his mother completely ignored him like he didnt exist and his father always told him he looked like a girl and would hit him because of it.
Taki's power on the other hand was cool and Ayame had always admired him, Taki could do mulitple things, but he couldnt control his power's when he get's angry. Taki's story when he told me was sad and lonely like mine but he lost his parents when he got angry and couldnt control his power.
When Ayame first heard of that story he knew straight away Taki would need someone by his side, he was too shy and sometimes would try to run away when he felt angry inside him, but the professor helped him to calm down and learn to channel his anger when he needed it.
Ever since then Ayame had always been Taki's best friend, on a day like today he loved it the most because thats when we get to see the X-men, they train on days like this when its peaceful ready for their next mission. When Taki goes to see them i come along too i know one day ill be able to be like the x-men and have a strong ability and maybe someday ill be able to be a superhero by Taki's side.

"Class dismissed, now you all have homework so do it!" The teacher said flicking sheets of paper with his power, he could levitate things. One time he stopped a huge boulder from hitting a girl and levitated the boulder up in the air, it was so cool. Taki stood up and smiled happily, Ayame knew that look he was going to see them.
Ayame grabbed his books and the homework page that was floating to his desk and stuffed it in his bag quickly walking after Taki. "So are we going to see them?" Ayame asked already knowing the answer, "you know we are and i know you can read my mind like an open book" Taki said rushing to the training room.
Taki had been training secretly as well so he could show the X-men how much he had improved and to see if he was ready to go on a mission with them. Ayame sighed he knew his power wasnt any use for the elite X-men to use, although he had been secretly hoping he would get to go on a mission with Taki.
They both took the elevator down to the X-men's training room, Taki was so excited he thought he would finally get in and be one of the team, "you know the X-men wont take you, your still in study besides they have all the team they need" Ayame pitched into Taki's thoughts. Taki frowned and then sighed trying to channel his annoyance of ayame reading his thoughts.
"We will see about that!" Taki said walking out of the elevator, Ayame was about to reply to that but then closed his mouth not wanting to upset Taki. He was his only best friend he had since he was here at this school, Taki knocked then opened the door, "Hi X-men team can me and Ayame come in?" Taki asked politely.
"Yeah come in pip-squeek" Logan (aka wolverine) said he was sitting on the bench relaxing for a while, Taki and Ayame walked in, Taki went up to them, "so what was you last mission like? did you have to fight evil? or save some damsell in distress? i bet it was so cool!" Taki said excitedly.
