The Anbu Main Camp is set up in the center of the East Ikebokuro Territory bordered by the large lake in the midst of the wood. The Anbu cats make up the main of the territory while a few others have taken residence with the permission of the Leader of the Territoy: Youko(aka Lunarati). Second in command is Raco Shadou who mainly works with the Anbu exclusively though is known for taking on the job of accepting new recruits to the Anbu Ranks.
The Camp spans out a good range, well marked by Youko and Raco and the numerous Anbu. Though Youko live in the center of the Camp Raco resides just outside of it, away from others.
Acceptance into the Anbu is rare and difficult, but those who are accepted are expected to be nothing less than the best of Ikebokuro's fighters. All accepted will be put through a testing and training regiment .
