Might as well show some of my latest work since so little of my stuff is posted.

This is a drawing that my lazy self actually requested to do. I found the original concept on DA but the drawing itself wasn't that great at all, but I did love the concept and idea so I talked with the original artist to see if I could do some touch up (complete redraw and overhaul) and color it.

The first thought that came to mind when I saw the outfit was Miku Hatsune so that's where the color scheme came from XD though when the original was colored it went in a completely different direction. My greatest regret... I so want to fix the legs >_<; but the original artist wanted the pose to stay basically the same so... there it is in all it's awkward glory. I'm hoping going overboard with Moe will help people forget about that shortcoming sweatdrop

Updates!!! I finished laying out all the flat colors. Now comes the hard part of doing the rest of the detail work in the clothes and adding shades and shadows.

Thanks heh heh blaugh Line art is my love... coloring though... that's just work gonk but seriously it'll be fully colored and shaded similar to my other work though this time I'm going to try some sublte things out and see if it makes the end result look better.

When I posted I was just beginning to lay out the base colors to give me a basic idea of what it would look like when it's done and to fix any inconsistencies and errors that come up in the design. When I start laying down shadows I'll edit in the proper folds in the clothing, mostly for the upper body. It's bothering me now sweatdrop The only thing I had fully finished was the face since it's my favorite part to work on mrgreen
