I notice that people hardly ever do it, but I do under certain conditions. When I have 9,10 or 11 and the card the you can see that the dealer has is 4 or less. Is that a good strategy, it seems to work for me - I usually win more than I lose at it.

It is pretty easy to sell tickets if you sell them in bunches of 100 or 1000 for 4 gold per ticket.
