The way we will decided if someone is "good enough" to be a crew member is that we will vote. 2/3 of the captins must say yes to prome to a crew member, I will reserve absolute rights to refuse any piticular person for a logical reason, why? because as the guild captin it is my job to keep order in my guide... nothing rude to anybody, I want my guild to be strong 3nodding
