It is understood that the King of Thieves people will be under his and Kyprioths rule alone.
Thieves will be required to show their loyalty to the Rogue when called upon by him.
Thieves will be required to pay a portion of their loot to the Rogue.(this is to ensure they do not anger him,give him reason to question their loyalty to him,and to ensure that the Rogue has the required money to use for bribes to buy people silence,or otherwise ensure the safety of his people.)
A thief who does not obey the Kings law will answer to the King an be dealt with in a punishment the King of Thieves deems fit of the thief.
**Important** Neither the King of Thieves nor the Thieves themself are under law of the Goddess or the rest of Infercia.However,they are free to worship the Goddess or any of the other Gods and Goddess's should they find it in their crooked little hearts to do so.

***Notice***Sure it is understandable some thieves will be discontent with the way the Rogue rules,therefor it is understood that some will try to buy and bribe other thieves to join them in overthrowing the current Rogue. However there is one rule that must be obeyed before this is done,the thieves must PM me(Kurai`Haruko) and speak with me and have my okay in this matter before they begin a civil war.
**Side note***
The Rogue may chose a Queen to help him keep control of the female rogues.
A woman may challenge the queen just as a male may challenge the king.
But once again,you must PM me and get an okay on this before you create a civil war. (this is to prevent making everyone here mad at each other.)
