There are supposedly people out in the world who are physicic vampires. They don't suck blood like the traditional vampire's do. What they do is suck out your energy. These are usually people who have suffered a massive tragedy in their life. For example I used to work at a McDonalds and one of the managers there had a son who had suffered a lengthy illness and finally passed on after holding out for three years. This manager lady was as nice as nice can be, but every time I worked with her it felt like I was always more tired and lethargic than usual. This never happened with any other manager. It always took me twice as long to get everything done when I worked with her. I finally realized that this was going on after listening to a radio program. It clicked that she must be a "vampire"!!
