The nerve it touched was from losing three friends, and two family (I have lost more but thoes hurt the most).
One hppened in September 03 he was a classmate, and friend in high school. The second one was a cat that was lost in June 08, than we just recently lost the other cat in January 09. For family I lost my great grandmother in 04 who kept the family together, and from fighting (now we'er split up, and dont get along). Than there is my uncle in 02, I spent many years with him for he babysat me while my aunt (the one who was soposed to be babsitting) took my sister shopping, and on outtings.
One thing I learned, when you just start to heal from one, another leaves.

Be that as it may, the poem was done when I got really angry at a bunch of my friends for acting like everything was the most dramatic thing that ever happened to them. I didn't like how people took things so seriously and I just needed to write it out. It's suppose to hit a nerve, but not that one. I'm sorry I brought up bad memories. I understand your pain in a few aspects of what you're saying though. I grew up with a dog, his name was Casper, and he was my best friend from day one. We got him when I was three. I don't remember not having a dog in the house so when he died last year I was so torn up that I did write poems about it. I'll put those ones up and perhaps they'll make you feel better. Sorry about the inactivity, I'm out at my Grandmother's now. I don't get that much time to get on so I try to post in my RPs before I go talking. I'll try to get in here more often.

Thank you. If you ever need me or want me to be active or respond to something generally a PM will get my attention. Either way thank you so much for responding to my poems. I was getting disheartened when no one was saying anything so I stopped posting them like I had been just because no one said anything. It made me think they sucked too much to deserve a comment.

That's good to know. I was trying to post one a day but then I got distracted. What did you think of Those Left Behind?

that one was the one that I wrote when I lost my dog. I grew up with him so it was hard.

I enjoyed your poem titled Please Don't Cry. It's not something I would write but it's definitely something interesting. I wouldn't write a poem like that myself but it's something that I feel is necessary for most people to hear.

When do you generally get inspiration to write poems?

When an idea pops into me head, mostly tho right befor I fall asleep at night. However I never rember them, just that I had a good one, and lost it. Same thing with stories. (I don't sleep with paper, and a penciel).

Generally if I don't write it down I can't fall asleep.
