Title un-related. P:T hree years ago, in a galaxy far, far away sat a Zelda fan by the name of Miss Link (no relation), she began a thread. That very thread made many fellow Gaians swarm to it, to share their love for the same thing: The Legend of Zelda.
It boomed, causing hundreds, maybe even thousands to sit around and chat, sharing pictures, fanart, expressing their undying love for a certain character, even showing off cosplay Avatars. But that didn't satisfy her heart's desires. She needed something better. After changing her alias to [. Torina .], she moved on to create a guild. Yes, a guild. On that fateful day, May 9th, 2006, it was established.
Recruiting fellow fans from all around, they joined in, contributing to Sub-Forums, you name it!So guys, it's been three, count it, three years since the guild opened up. Share some of your favourite memories while in the guild. And to some of us old folk, what are your favourite memories from the thread? ;D Will be moved to Memorable threads at a later date.

Oh my goodness Kaitlin, you make me sound like one of the Goddesses of Creation can I be Farore? xD. I still cannot believe it has been this long. I was fifteen and a freshman in high school when I created this guild. I am now eighteen and a freshman in college (barely). WHOA.
(Yes for those who do not know [.Torina.], my original avatar, used to go by Miss Link. xD I was basically roleplaying the female incarnation of the Hero.)
Also Star Wars. FTW *_*
Anyways. Oh goodness. Memories. Where do I start?
I enjoyed educating the fans about the manga series, of course. I remember how excited I was to read it myself all those years ago.
I also love how we kept everyone here updated with Twilight Princess and Phantom Hourglass news and game help, that was fun. We all waited for those games together, and now we are waiting for Spirit Tracks and hopefully another Wii installment!!

I know what she means, when I first entered the thread, I was thirteen (just barely fourteen), just finishing up my eighth grade education, and had braces. Now, I'm seventeen (going on eighteen), my teeth are straight, I'm close to finishing my highschool education, and ready move on to college.
Star Wars FTW.
My favourite memory from the thread was basically all the random discussions, all the theories for Twilight Princess we thought up before it was released, all the times we cursed and swore when it was delayed another quarter, and all the random people we spoke to, who one way or another ended up becoming one of our best friends, I just loved it all! Too many memories. ; u ;
My favourite memories from the Guild, oh man, probably being bumped up to Vice Captain, oddly enough, it left me feeling warm and fuzzy inside, knowing just how powerful I had become. BWAHAHAHAHAH!
Oh, and that soon to be Guild Comic I'm hoping to start super soon. I really hope that takes off well. How it'll be portrayed, well, it's gonna be a parody of what the Mods do when we're not keeping busy regulating the guild. XP (@Other Mods: Yeah, damn straight I'm shining the Limelight on you guys!!!)

Nothing brings people together better than games. I just wish there was a Zelda Universe game or something where I can play a Zora online with people playing other races. Never gonna happen. crying

Hey guys, sorry I totally died, I've been super busy working and preparing for the new arrival coming in September.
@Insane: Believe me, I got emotional irl when I re-read the original thread. I was such a noob, and Cel was so young, and alot of the people I met in the thread, i still talk to occassionally, even though some have moved on to Faceboob and stuff.
@Soulreaper: Dear Jesus, I wish LoZ could get me a boyfriend, all the guys here are into Halo and stuff, I need someone who can at least go: "Yeah, there was a point in time I thought he was my hero, then I realized he just made it a million times harder for me to get laid."
Oh don't worry though, Nintendo will probably think of something. Maybe it might happen in the next game, since the Wii does Wi-Fi!! O:!!! OH GOD, I'M SO GLAD WE GOT PiiWii. OX
@Rikku: I learned stuff too, it's a win/win situation, huh? XD
