Sam
Samael was created as the sibling of Michael, at the beginning of time. While Michael is a being of pure strength and loyalty, Sam is a being of pure will and intelligence. It realized that God is easily distracted and when it stops thinking about something, it will wither off and die. This was a big problem when He decided to create the Earth. Sam and many other angels went to God to remind him of their existence, but Michael misunderstood their mission. Michael and another group of angels fought with Sam, drawing God's attention. Michale explained that Sam was trying to take over the thrown and become God (even though that's not true).
God then lit Sam's wings on fire and threw it into Hell to rule as Lucifer. But the devil is not a being but a job, so Sam quit. It has been living on the mortal plane ever since, fearing the day that the Silver City crashes into the planet from God getting distracted.
Sam can heal when it sleeps and use flame in any form, even creating it from nothing. It can even shrink it's destroyed wings to tiny little versions, that mortals think are fake.
