
This is the batter~ the only toppings mixed in were green onions and tenkasu. Don't really like seafood or seaweed.

Frying on the grill.

Fully cooked. The recipies said to use thin stips of pork underbelly, or bacon. Ate with a fork because it resembles the little spatulas at resturants more.

Fully cooked with sauce. =D Used tonkatsu sauce (couldn't find okonomiyaki sauce, but al recipes said could use this) and mayonaise.
