I cant wait for the rest of the movies to come out, but I have pretty much played every scene in my head and am prepared to be disappointed. I know I was with the first movie. Same here. Still it is nice to see it come to life on the big screen, even if it doesn't measure up... and just really sucks sometimes.
I can get past and forgive a lot that movies mess up just for the sake that I have something that is at least similar and has the characters I want to see/hear in visual format for when I am drawing/doing my art. Reading and doing art at the same time is hard. Of course, audio books work just as well.
