The answer to getting zOMG to work on linux sucks, well, the answer I know. You have to run the windows versions under WINE.(they run better than native, though a bit more crash prone, actually.) Looking for help making a guide to install it on Ubuntu 9.04, with pretty pictures. Currently I'm just pointing to WINEHQ's site for getting the most up to date stuff, and their guide on how to add the repos and such, then pointing to the download locations of the rest of it. But for some people..that isn't enough. :/

OK, I've got a Virtual Machine running, and I keep taking pictures.

It use to seem that it was a distro specific problem, I have always been able to get zOMG to run under openSUSE 11.1 with Flash 10 and Firefox 3.0.x until recently, now I get a 104 error if this is what you are talking about then I will be willing to help put together a walkthough on getting it to work under Linux, I have openSUSE 11.1 and Slackware 12.2 (on a VM) that can be used for testing.

Last time I checked, zOMG didn't like the Linux version of Flash 10 at all. If you install Flash 9 it works perfectly fine.

It was working fine for me before with Flash 10 and Firefox and Konqueror, and sense I am running 64 bit downgrading to 9 will be more work because Flash 10 and the latest Java have 64 bit support finally xd
EDIT: Thanks for pointing that out though, if a decent browser shows up for my FreeRunner I might grab the installer script for flash and build it for that, assuming Flash 9 builds against ARM processors confused Then I will be playing with a styles instead of a mouse

Why must we be alone?
Well, I find that if I use virtual box in Linux, and have it load up Windows, I can play ZOMG. And play it fairly well. The only glitch that I have is that my avi, while it is running, sometimes jumps back a few steps, it gets sort of jerky, but other than that it runs fine. Well it's real love....

There are 2 solutions.. Firefox running under WINE, or Flash 9. Ubuntu didn't much like downgrading from 10 to 9, in my 3 attempts. My guide is firefox under WINE, but I lost most of my content after I goofed something up. Therefore, the guide is stalled. It was meant to be for first-time linux users who didn't know how to use the package manager, and new-to windows, who didn't know how to run a .exe and install software. AKA going from first boot up, to installing wine, to downloading firefox for windows, to running the installer and installing it, to get flash and installing it...on ubuntu 9.04.
