A petition of the scale your offer would not be enough people
If you really wanted it to work then you would need around 20,000 people

I'm quite aware that we'll need heaps more people but this is only Gaia and you and I know very well that these forums are dead anyway... so 300 is the best I can hope for..

I would love to see the Chao garden again. I never got to really play it.
Ya know what I would do? Put this petition everywhere you can. On gaia, and other sonic websites with forums.

i definitly think we should have the old chao garden mini game back it was a great way for me to calm down after a difficult boss battle or just a great way to relax

Eh, not really. Chao are really a sign of times gone by, a relic of the Adventure games. With the structure of things now, I don't know if it'd be really appropriate to include a Chao Garden in a full-blown Sonic game.
Although you could theoretically have a 'Chao in Wiimote/Natal/Magic Wand' mechanic ala Rabbids Go Home. It'd be the Omochao gun all over again!
