Okay, there are probably at least afew IZ fans out there who have entered the keyword "Gir" in an image search on Google, or Photobucket, or whatever, and come up with a pic entitled "Bloody Gir." (If you haven't, here's a link: http://www.roomwithamoose.com/pictures/official/image_bloodygir.png)
The image alone is a little weird, and scary to some, but apparently, that's not even a fanpic. One of the Zim illustrators drew that picture of Gir, just for the purpose of drawing a picture of Gir looking like that, and when Jhonen Vasquez saw it he liked it so much that he decided to put the image in the show. The reason you never see it is that it only appears in one episode... I'm not sure which one... and it only appears for one frame each time that it does. When an animation goes at normal speed, you miss out on it if one frame is different than the rest, so nobody's ever able to tell it's there.
I, personally, find this SCARY.

It's in The Mortos episode, in the opening where the pipes come out of Zim's house. Yays. I find it kinda creepy too.

Yeah, I've seen it before. There's also one in the bad bad rubber piggy episode when Zim throws the last piggy. When the screen's all white it's there. It'as really hard to find because most of it is gone (it only shows like part of the head). It's eazier to find if you watch it on your computer then on the TV.

To some Bloody Gir might be scary. I know it was for me when i first saw the picture on a website. But now I don't really mind. mrgreen

Actually, Bloody GIR stars in more than one episode. Mortos der Soul Stealer (you can only see it by frame by frame. It's in the opening just as the pipes from Zim's house fly into the screen), and Bad Bad Rubber Piggy. There are more; those are just the ones people have found.

Yeah. I knew this before.
If you wanna see it. All you have to do is get the dvd's and put it in slow motion. I'm getting the dvd's for Christmas, so I'm gonna check it out for myself.

Quite the interesting picture I must say...He doesn't look like he was savagely beating anyone though. Maybe his defensive mode actually worked for a moment and he killed someone.
