Requirements-
Reliable- None of that I'll make an article, oh wait no I won't bullshit.
Vision- Ideas for events newsletters, cleaning up, etc.
Unbiased- Nobody cares about how much you hate someone, what did they actually do wrong sort of personality.
Stable- We don't need problems you are having to interfere with the guild.
Activity- I understand if you have irl stuff and you can't get on, but don't just be a lurker or be genuinely inactive.
Guild Age- At least two months, some leeway based on other merits.
