I don't know if anyone's noticed, but TLOEM is experiencing some major drama lately and I really think it should stop.

I know by posting this I'm just asking for more drama, but I just wanted to make this clear so people can stop creating it.
Okay so lately a lot of people have been posting about others or themselves quitting and gossip about so-and-so not liking so-and-so and crap like that. Well I think it should stop. I know that these problems do happen in a guild and that we shouldn't just ignore them, but at the same time guys I think everyone will agree that we all love this guild because it's a fun place where everyone can laugh and enjoy themselves. Drama to me is not enjoyable at all, in fact the only reason I stay on Gaia is to get away from all the drama in my life. So I hope I don't sound like I'm asking too much, but can we stop with all of the gossip/rumors/drama? I mean if you really have a problem then you can post it, but if you're going to quit and you want our opinion that's just a little stupid, I mean what are we going to do? I understand you probably want support form others saying "Oh no don't leave! I'm begging you don't leave!" but you're not always going to get that opinion and even if you do it can't completely change your opinion of whether or not you are going to leave!
So basically can we stop with all the quitting and drama and what not guys? I hope you all stay a part of this guild because I love you guys and I would miss all of you, but lately these problems have been coming up more and more and I figured if someone didn't speak up the guild might just end. I know Shaff would never want this to happen and if he were here he would get really ticked at you guys for acting so dramatic. So if not for me do this for Shaff and quit it with the drama.

Oh, of course, I'm just saying perhaps we should just kind of wait until we're experiencing this stuff again to bring it up, it won't be long I assure you, and these brief moments of calm shouldn't be tarnished. 3nodding

Great post, by the way. I'm glad people are really getting involved with the current stuff even if it's uncomfortable.

In rare cases such as your's Alt I think that is understandable, I just think it might be nice if you made it a bit lighter on the drama as in dont say something like "I may or may not quit! It's your choice!!!!!" You were much less dramatic then that.

Amish: I agree and if this sort of thing ever comes up again and again feel free to quote what I put here and make a new topic just to remind everyone. Oh and thank you. ^_^

i wouldn't ask people DO YOU WANT ME TO QUIT. if i want to quit it's my choice, and i can do it without a word. but it's also my choice to come back.

i quit because of useless drama, which i didn't feel like was getting solved enough. i only wanted to come back once people got their s**t together, and things started changing for the better. which is sorta happening now, plus a bunch of people begged me to come back so i was like ;-; fine.

i can pretty much ignore people in the guild that tick me off anyways. it doesn't matter to me.

i quit because of useless drama, which i didn't feel like was getting solved enough. i only wanted to come back once people got their s**t together, and things started changing for the better. which is sorta happening now, plus a bunch of people begged me to come back so i was like ;-; fine.

i think stuff is gonna be changing soon, so i'm waiting for it to happen.

Yeah the drama is obnoxious but I avoid the drama.
I just don't come on gaia for a few hours, and it's usually gone for the most part after that long.
