Name of Geass: Charisma
Type: Anime
Power/Ability: The ability to influence crowds’ loyalties. It has no definite range as long as the person can see Ahren's eyes. After the intial contact with geass the person emits the geass effect 4 feet in all directions. This makes its effective in close quarters and large crowds. The geass is, when compared to most easily countered as it can be overridden by a strong will or a more powerful absolute command geass (such as lelouches). It can only be used seven times a day as it greatly strains Ahren mentally and depending on the crowd physically. The 7 time limit is how many times he can use it without going insane from the pressure. A more safe amount of uses would most likely be 5.
How did you get it: From a contractor that knew his mother in his sleep when he was 10.
Sample Use: The crowds roared in exuberance. Rumors had spread that Panic was the savior of refugee’s. That his words of wisdom make you feel even more compelled to listen. Ahren heard these rumors daily from incoming refugees. “Recruitment.” Was a word that came to mind. He stepped out as the crowed roared loudest to hear Panic’s inspiring words. He came out in his normal fashion. He got up to the podium and looked to the middle of the crowed. “LOYALTY TO PANIC!” He screamed as the crowed slowly was enveloped in his power. He spoke more but it was not mandatory. They were his. They were Nephilim. Any of the stronger willed people were brought upon his council. And that was work for today.

The Power/Ability makes the Geass seem to be more like a Doll type (reason: fatigue, and range). Also, it's not "weak" in the regard if counter requires a strong will or a absolute command Geass (that itself is already a sub-category of command type Geasses).
Aside from that, the example is quite excellent.
