Organization/Operation Flaws: Everything must directly go through Panic so opperations can be slow at times. Also recruitment is random and Razial's resources are limited as a small country.
Background Information: A small operation at first, it got its start when Russia was still a country in the E.U. Before just a small group of Russian Loyalist revolting against Britannian actions in the world and Chinese Federation aggressions they, under the masked enigma Panic, became the Nephilim. Strangely compelled by the words of Panic they swept into Greece as Russia was being invaded by the Chinese Federation. During their time in Greece they gained a large following. In almost no time the Nephilim were funded by Greece loyalist, particularly on the small island of Crete. With their large following and decent funding, the Nephilim aimed to counterattack with defending Russian forces to take back a small strait called the Dardanels. The offensive was one of the most successful in history using the Nephilim's new Knightmare Frames the Jericos and Liliths. With these they quickly gained air superiority and the battle was one with simple bombing runs by their first airship the Icor. After the battle the land was defended with minimum casualties and was declared by Panic the country of Razial, a refugee safe haven. This idea was endorsed by the E.U. and Russia alike. With the support of its motherland and E.U., particularly Greek support, Razial began to prosper. More and more offensives were staged and due to Panic's military prowess they gained much land and always came out with more knightmares and supplies than they put into their battles. They are currently Aligned with the E.U. and have declared war on the world minus their few supporters. They have bases in E.U. Italy, Chinese controlled Russia, Razial, and Greece. They are currently a powerful faction with influence in the E.U. They oppose the Black Knights and any faction similar to them. Panic considers Zero a phony counterfeit to his identity.
