 My Darling TLOEMers, fellow guild men and women, I come to you now in our dire need for change. Our Current Captain Psywing has rather obviously slammed down an iron fist upon our guild. This is no time for jokes about communism. We stand now upon the precipice in our drastic overhauling attempt for change. We must now stand for change, The ways of the old guild ruling system are at an end. Now is the time to work on creating a Democratic Ruling of our guild. Now now my dear friends, I know some of you angrily cry, 'Martyr, we want to keep Psywing as our leader!' But my fellow guild members, now is the time for change, and you CANNOT bring the new without removing what is old, Psywing would still keep a position upon crew should he so desire. However, and example of his desire to not let up his seat of power to our new proposal of ways. Though not Physically, intellectually we are at war. Psywing would threaten to inevitably assualt our desire to change.Well LET HIM COME, in fact he has by demoting Bane, the man who would bear the power to stop him. By standing with me to allow a new system onto our guild we can bring about the desire to bring around The choice of the PEOPLE, however he would claim us traitors and mutiny, however in short my dearest friends, we are going to crumble this system of facism.

Did read; it only takes one minute, maybe two at the most.
I'd be fine with a new captain. I'd also be fine with the same captain AS LONG AS some rules were changed, crew was organized, and people got their s**t together. Either way, new captain or not, I still think that the guild should change for the better.

While I don't really agree with you, I don't follow Psy's logic. Why demote Bane? It's not like Bane's going to do something rash.

Because he rules as a dictator and dictators would not desire to be ousted from power. EVEN NOW, he has demoted me for what? Self logic and Self determination?

Hey I know! Let's leave the guild as it is, with no change at all, no new rules, no open-mindedness to new ideas and new things, just the regular people creating useless drama at each other for no reason and bickering like children with minor action being taken.

I mean, new crew? New vice captain/captain? Change? For the BETTER!??

That's not even logical. It doesn't make any sense at all.
Why would we want to do that? I think we're all just content here with,
like I said before, people bickering like children.
