A young lion male was currently out on his daily adventure well everyday was an adventure for him. Ekaitz just loved to travel, see new things and to meet new creatures. When he was standing still it almost felt like his paws where itching he just had to walk or else he would become crazy.
The males colors wasn't very common he was both green and purple but also pink but he didn't care about how he looked the only thing that was important to him was to keep on moving. The males tail wagged as he looked out over the rouge lands...where should he go now?
He had no plan he just decided his directions by easy decisions if he should take right or left? but by those simple decisions that decided how his life turned out. He had not been able to meet anyone in a long while but he was use to being by himself..

Ebere shuddered as she hunched down against the ground, every hair on her body standing on end. Her gold eyes were wide and dilated, the sharp, rank scent of fear pouring out of every pore of her body. The soft, distressed cries that were unconsciously spilling from her muzzles sounded more like a kitten's cry than those of a full grown lioness.
Perhaps more alarming, was the injuries and bite marks that riddled her young body. The scent of hyenas clung to her wounds, nearly hidden under the fear and the blood. She tried to get to her feet, only to collapse back to her belly as fear captured her once more. They were all gone...
Her golden eyes closed tightly as she shuddered letting out a soft, pain filled moan. "Momma...."

Ekaitz didn't notice anything or anyone at first he just continued to watch the lands until he suddenly picked up something...was it a cry? but if it was it sounded really weak maybe he was just imagining things. The young male is young but strong and healthy looking but he still have a lot to learn about the world out there..
When he was just about to move on he spotted something green...and it wasn't the regular green color you see out in the wild, it could not be a plant or just some strane looking grass it had to be a living creature. Ekaitz was very curious and couldn't help but to take a closer look on who or what it was.
" Hallo! is there someone out there? "
He called out but he wasn't sure if he would get an answer.

He would hear a soft startled gasp followed by a whimpering sound. The green shape moved just slightly to revel it was a lioness...and she was in bad shape. The ground under her was stained red from her numerous injuries. Dazed gold eyes looked up at him when he was closer.
"Don't...please don't hurt me.." She tried to get her feet under her but, her body was well into the middle of shock and she could only drag herself a single step on her belly before she collapsed.
She mewled like a kitten again, her tail puffed up like a bottle brush. Her ears pressed flat back against her skull as she lay there trembling, the scent of her pain and fear growing stronger. "please..please don't hurt me.."

Ekaitz moved closer to the lioness who had a similar green color like he had. But this lioness was hurt, he could see her injuries and the blood. Oh my what had happend to her? he looked around to see if her enemy or enemies still could be close by if they where they might come back.
The young male couldn't just leave the other lion like this she was in no shape of moving and maybe other animals would come and attack her if they saw her like this. He was no hero but he didn't mind helping someone else in need..
" I wont hurt you...but it looks like you could need some help "
He didn't know if the lioness wanted his help but he could always ask. He walked up to the lioness to watch her injuries closer maybe he could do something to help her.

Her gold eyes widened in fear until she got a look at him, only then did she calm a degree. Her nostrils widened as she inhaled his scent. Whatever she smelled seemed to calm her more, at least enough that she stopped trembling.
"Are they gone? Please are those monsters gone?"
She tried in vain to get to her feet once more, a pain filled grunt slipping from her as she forced her legs back under her. She knew if she didn't get her wounds to stop bleeding that she would die.
"Help me.." she mewled softly, looking at him pleadingly.

Ekaitz sat down next to he female and when she asked if the monsters where gone he looked around but he couldn't see anyone here. He started to wonder who would attack a lion like this? it wasn't that many animals that would dare to do something like that.
" I can't see anyone here...so they most be gone "
Then the male saw that the females wounds where kind of serious but he was not very good at things like this. What should he do?
" Just hold still or else you will bleed even more...i will try my best ok "
He had no idea if he where doing the right thing but he knew this girl would be a serious case if he didn't help her and since she couldn't help herself then someone else had to. The male hoped that the female wouldn't mind a stranger licking her wounds atleast he hoped that they would stop bleeding then.

Ebere took a shakey breath as she forced herself to calm down. "I..I.." She nearly fell over as she lifted her head before she sat up. When she spoke again her voice was soft, but firm as she spoke up.
"I need some devil's claws, some vines, and the largest leaves you can find. If you could find some bamboo shoots that would be wonderful."
The mint green lioness winced looking at him, "Please hurry, the more blood I loose the worse it will be."

The male stopped when the female spoke. He blinked and couldn't understand how those stuff where suppose to be good for wounds. He looked a little confused but then asked..
" Hm well big leaves, whines and bamboo i might be able to find but devil claws? what is that? "
The females seemed to know more about wounds then he did but asking for those items where indeed strange to him but if she really wanted them then he could atleast try to find them. Lucky for this female Ekaitz was nice and loved playing hero at times like these.

Her golden eyes where dark with pain but she tried to smile as she described the plant to him. "I need the roots of that plant. It is for pain and infection."
Laying back down, her white ears splayed out as she tried to breath past the pain. She knew she was getting weaker, but maybe now she felt just a bit of hope that he would help her.
Now if only those monsters stayed away....

Ekaitz would try his best since he loved doing these things afterall but maybe someone didn't have to be hurt. He stod up and got ready to leave..
" My name is Ekaitz...and i will try my best ok just try to lay still and hidden ok? "
Then the green lion decided to help his other green feline friend. Well if he did all this he would be a hero that would be just awsome but of course the lady would still be alive as well that was more important. So Kai moved towards the woddy areas to find the ingridients.

Ebere tried to smile, she really did but gods she hurt so much...
She sank back down into the cool grass, licking at the various bite marks that decorated her legs. Luckily, most of the wounds weren't deep but they were numerous and bleeding freely. It was a wonder that the scent hadn't begun to attract larger predators.
Why she had been attacked was still unclear, but what was clear was whoever..whatever had done it wanted the timid lioness dead.

Ekaitz tried to be fast and do this as fast as he could. It didn't take him long to find some good big leaves but the whines and bamboo might be another thing. He carried the leaves in his mouth and looked around...
Bamboo and whines usually growed deeper inside the forest or areas with bigger trees or bushy areas. A while passed then he finally found some whines that was hanging down a big rock. He put down the leaves and stood up on his back legs and grabbed the whines with his mouth. He dragged one of them down but it was kind of tricky he had to pull a lot.
Then he continued to search for the bamboo. He found some while walking trough a large bushy area they where still quite small so it would probably grow shoots as well. He grabbed a few of those and then to the last things the devil plant..

Ebere looked back at him when he returned and smiled gently, though it looked rather like a grimace. She had thought for a moment, the briefest moment that he had left her there but thank the gods she had been wrong.
"Thank you..."
Taking the various plants from her rescuer, she began to bind and treat her wounds. Luckily most the bites where shallow and once bound they stopped bleeding. She quickly swallowed the Devil's root, her expression of pain fading as the soothing properties kicked in.
"Thank you again Ekaitz, you have saved my life. I am Ebere."

Ekaitz was still confused form the whole situation but he tought he had done a good job. He felt good actually after helping the young lioness from danger. Tough he still couldn't figure out where she could have learned so much about these plants. He looked curiously at her when she took care of her wounds..
" Nice to meet you...and i hope you are feeling better now? "
He flicked his tail back and fourth as he waited for an answer from the lioness. Atleast he hoped that she would recover now.
