Rules
I'm going to go ahead and be super laid back about most things, but there are still a couple rules I'd like you guys to follow.
1) No evil dragons. If you've got an amazing plot, fine, but run it by me first. Evil dragons will be booted out of the pack by Whetstones as soon as they're discovered, and may be severely injured or even killed in the process. You've been warned.
2) All rank changes require at least one RP, with the exception of "pebble" and "student." Furthermore, this RP must be with a member of the rank the dragon wants to join. For example, if your dragon wants to become a Whetstone, you need to complete at least one RP with a Whetstone which demonstrates why your character should get that rank. (Exception: Keystones. Currently there aren't any, so the RP should either be with Arbre or a Gemstone.) I may or may not change this back later, but for now RP isn't required.
3) I have final say on ranks. Especially for Whetstones, since Arbre is bully enough to bar any dragon from the rank if he feels they are too bloodthirsty or incapable of handling the strain.
4) More added as needed.

I'd really love it if everybody could provide a short little description of their dragon for the members list. It doesn't have to be long - even 1-2 lines will do. For Gemstones, please be sure to mention their magical ability somewhere in the description. Thanks!

Rank: Student
Description: Found by Arbre when he was abandoned as a baby, Abalis is now in training to become a Gemstone. More specifically, a Keystone, though he hides some doubt about whether he'll ever make it to that rank... Still, Abalis wants to help everyone he can, and keep people from being hurt. He'll work as hard as possible to reach his goal. He looks up to Arbre as a father figure, but he still hasn't given up on the hope that his parents are still out there.

Rank: Riverstone
Description: For as long as he can remember, Harokin has wanted to fly. To be a bird. He wants to soar through the sky... So he practices 'flying' a lot, an exercise that often includes jumping off things and flapping like a maniac. Since his dreams of flying seem to be coming true very... Slowly (as he puts it), he's become a Riverstone, and enjoys making things out of many materials, but especially bird feathers (necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc.)

Description: Cumulous is a haughty, self important, extravagent (sp?) dragon. He doesn't seem to get the fact that his 'ability' - Storm Sight - is kind of... common. He's prejudiced against riverstones and likes to use them as servants, thinking he's better than they are. In his youth, he predicted a MASSIVE storm that would wipe them all out... His prediction turned out to be about something else entirely, but he still sort of believes that the big storm is coming...

Description: In his youth, Carter assumed that having Dream Sight was a gift. He was able to see things that others couldn't and this made him special. Then the nightmares started. During everyday activities, something can trigger one of his 'visions' and cause him to see future events. Since puberty they have attacked him, but now, not even the good 'visions' can revive his sanity.

Description: Three words can describe Stormfall: Clumsy. Sweet. Clumsy. Oh, and did we mention clumsy? He's crumbled parts of the road, he's destroyed traps, and he's caused a few rockslides. No one's been killed, but he seriously lacks the coordination that he is continually reminded is necessary of Whetstones.

Dragon name: Basho
Brief Description: Basho is a wandering poet/storyteller who loves providing entertainment for others. He's quite reliable and fairly clam, until he starts a story, and doesn't let much get too him (though at times he can get a bit sensitive over his lack of a tail).
Why do they want to join?: He heard about Mountain Road and, never one to pass up an opportunity for new stories, headed out to find it. Now that he's found it he's become quite fond of the pack and decided to join.
