Mordred Le Amontillado or simply "Mordred" Sex: Male
Age: 35
Height: Height: 5'10"
Weight: 125 Ibs
Description: (As seen in picture) Mordred has silky brown hair and his right eye is colored olive green. His stature has a fair tone to his body and shows excellent signs of exercise. The build is typical of someone with his talents, a lean martial artist's body without excessive body muscle.
He dons a maroon shirt with leather armor underneath complimented with a long crimson half-cape. His hands and feet are protected by the same leather apparel, boots and gloves. An eye patch hides his mechanical left eye from view.
With concerns of the mechanical eye it is called "HORUS". It's designs are prototype and still in the experiential stage. The eye is fitted with a magical green gem which in some strange way amplifies the intensity of light within the surroundings. Because of this the eye is virtually useless in morning however when in darkness the gem resonates the remaining light within the area and magnifies it to offer a bright image of the area even during night.
Bio: It starts with a simple life, working in the countryside. As do most of all characters in the stories do children with fantastic dreams pursue adventure. Mordred was never "Mordred" in his youth but rather the male other of a pair twins. He was born Juno Le Amontillado, brother of Morgan Le Amontillado and one half the heir to the Amontillado fortune.
You see the Amontillados were a merchant family, peddlers and makers of the finest wine possibly in the world. They made as much money in a day than anyone in their village could in a week. Yet despite the prestige and the money the Amontillados were very responsible and grounded about their hard earned share. They made sure the money was split among the workers fairly sometimes giving them a small bonus. They also put the education and the welfare of their children as top priority, making sure they were not spoiled but providing enough for a comfortable life.
Morgan was very smart in her youth and studied everyday for her future. She was quiet but very determined. Juno on the other hand was an adventurous youth, who at times would skip his classes to play in the fields. He loved stories and was the only Amontillado who was given extra curricular lessons...swordsmanship training. He was a little brash but kind and very responsible.
Time passed and the children grew into adults. Morgan wished to continue the legacy of the family trade while Juno longed for the open road. When she married the name of Amontillado was written with Trevisan on the brands of the wine. This disgusted Juno and eventually drove him away from his home forever. He supported himself by working as a mercenary without the usage of excessive force like murder. He took a partner on his long and dangerous road who had very different views on killing people. He stated that he was always "Justified".
On that fateful day both men were instructed by a landlord to drive out a family who never payed their levy. They came to the house and immediately did Juno's partner started slaughtering the inhabitants, stating quote "I was paid triple for this. You should just stand back". But Juno would not stand for this and attacked his partner. He'd lost his left eye in the fight but eventually overcame and killed his partner. The neighborhood came to see what was wrong and found Juno with sword in hand and dead bodies everywhere. He was sentenced by his own employer and was sent to "The Under" a dark cave-prison on the side of a mountain. Inside had barely any light and the usual brightness came from the tiny flickering candles it had within those walls. The guards would never address their prisoners by their real name so Juno was eventually replaced with "Mordred".
There he met a scientist the guards called Meat. He was zealous Automation who had mechanical legs, right arm and left eye. Meat offered Mordred his prototype eye in exchange for one last battle with him after seeing his skill with two inmates a week ago. Mordred was fitted with the Horus Eye and fought Meat to the death. After the bout the Amontillado used his new found advantage to escape the prison, killing in his way fifteen guards, the warden and his lastly the landlord.
Eventually Mordred found his way into the AA...seeking for a place to retire and possibly wipe his name from the history of past days. He now works as the groundsman, cleaning the facilities or guarding it.
Talents: Agile, graceful and nimble,Mordred is swordsman without peer. He's a master at his own hypnotic style of sword-play, moving weapon and body with very hypnotic skill...almost as if he were dancing. This "Blood Dance" as he calls it usually lures his opponents into one of his many famed and deceptive techniques.
Mordred is also a good marksman. Though not very interested in the usage of fire arms Mordred is at level terms with his revolver.
Mordred has relatively no expertise in repairing or building machinery set aside from the ability to mend his robotic eye. And in a bit of miscellaneous information, Mordred is very versed in wine and literature.
Areas of Interest: Though very learned about most basic and slightly advanced topics (Especially in winery), Mordred has always been read and willing to know more knowledge from various subjects. He also fancies literature and spends most of his days writing poetry or reading up on various novels. Recently he has been boning up on machinery for his eye's sake.
Armament: His most favored weapon are a pair of two Scimitars blades. They are lightweight and very deadly in his hands.
His secondary weapon is a custom revolver-knife called the "Falchion .44 Magnum" It's concealed in a holster behind his back and usually comes into play when fights become "unfair".
And lastly the "HORUS" eye. It's used in nighttime or when fights comes to darkness. Ironically you could count this as being "unfair" as well.
