Ability:
He has the ability to control things with his voice or the music he makes. He was gifted with a vast voice range and the ability to mimic any voice he’s heard so that it’s unthinkable of what he could do with it if he put it into use. He can place someone into a coma, push people back with sound waves, control living things like puppets, control the atmosphere of a room, ect. Nole has also gained the ability (after making the choice to share his life force with his sister Melody) to take the life force out of living things and add it to his own shared life force to create more time for his sister and himself.

Personality:
Nole is beyond smart; he is a genius. He’s very protective of his sister and has become a very good lair. Nole is a very caring and compassionate person, but he has a VERY hot temper, which he can usually keep under control. He’s good at covering up his emotions; so, around anyone other than Melody, he seems emotionless and dull, but most of his communicating is done through his gestures and posture. Nole is very strategic and cryptic, but he enjoys being with people he can trust and is the light of the party like his sister when he loosens up.
History:
Nole and Melody from the moment of birth were inseparable. They did everything together from playing in the park to doing schoolwork. Because they spent all their time together, they formed an unbreakable bond between them and started to isolate themselves from the other children. Their mother started to get worried, especially about Nole; while Melody seemed to get more and more talkative by the day, Nole seemed to only get quieter even though he’s been proven to be genius smart. Worried for her own son, their mother started forcing her children to go on play-dates, but to no avail. In a last attempt to make her children social, their mother planned a huge birthday party for the two of them, which made not just Melody nervous but also Nole. They both tried to sneak out, but as they were crossing the street to get to their favorite park, a car hit Nole. Melody, so upset about her brother’s life, Melody’s powers really kicked in and she created an angel that saved Nole, but it took almost all of Melody’s life force and she fell into a coma. When Nole awoke in the hospital next to his sister who he was told couldn’t wake up, Nole’s own powers kicked into action, he didn’t know why but he started singing from Melody’s favorite melody sadly. The song allowed Nole to use Melody’s powers for a short time, allowing him to create the reaper and beg for his sister’s life back. Instead, they got to share a life force. When Melody woke up, Nole was standing next to her, looking solemn but happy at the same time and Melody suddenly felt that she’d never hear her brother speak again. Nole and Melody left the hospital a couple days later and Nole never spoke again, using a whiteboard or one of Melody’s sketchbooks usually to talk. Even though their bond had become incredibly strong to the point that it seemed they didn’t even have to talk, the two pretended to be social at school in order to get their mother off their case, Nole staying in the same grade as Melody so that they would be together. It didn’t take Nole a long time to figure out what was happening when he started looking at the news and seeing the disappearances. Now, Nole does everything in his power to keep his sister safe as they hide their powers.

She can create anything from her imagination through her drawings at the cost of her energy or life force (which is shared with her brother). The stronger a creation, the more of her energy or life force is taken. Her creations only last between 10-30 minutes though.

Melody is a very lively and imaginative girl. She’s relatively naïve (due to her brother’s hard work to keep it so) to the war going on around her. She’s very good at accessing the mood of a conversation by sensing how the atmosphere of a place is. Melody’s very trusting and believes with all her heart that every person essentially had some good in them that has gotten lost or hidden away, but she’s easily shied or scared (although a little thick-headed when it comes to most things). Once you get her out of her shell though, Melody is anything but quite; She’s a livewire that does nothing but look for a good time. She’s always cheerful and finds her own way of having a good time no matter the situation.
