Makes about 8 servings
Ingredience:
Stirfry Chicken (1 package) Chicken Stock (2 1Liter containers. Add powdered chicken stock if needed) Carrots (10 Large Carrots - 1 to 1 1/2 inches thick and a foot long) Cellery (8 stalks, dark green is preferable) Garlic (3 cloves minced) Nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon) Rings Pasta (Half a cup) Bow Pasta (Half a cup) Potato (2 sliced as you see fit) Onion (1 medium or large onion cut in chunks) Salt (Salt to taste) Pepper (Pepper to taste) Parsley (Fresh or dry, also to preference) Dill Weed(1/4 teaspoon)
Start by getting a large pot and filling it with the chicken broth. Follow up by adding salt, pepper, nutmeg, and parsley. Next start chopping up the onions, carrots, and cellery then add them into the stock mixture. Turn the heat on your stovetop onto low and put the pot ontop. Meanwhile get a skillet and start cooking up the stirfry chicken. Continue until the chicken begins to lightly brown, then add it to the pot. Turn the stove to high or a bit lower than that (8 if you have numbers) and let the mixture boil with a lid for about 45 minutes, stirring occassionally, then add pasta rings and bows. Let boil for an aditional 10 to 15 minutes so pasta can plump up. Turn off stove top, and serve portions.

Great Recipe, love the fact you put nutmeg in it. That has been my secert ingredient since culinary school, most people think I am crazy for using it and one of my culinary teachers wanted to kick me out of class for even suggesting it. I am going to try this one out, but I think I will make my stock from scratch.

I recall seeing nutmeg as an ingredient in an old stype chicken soup recipe, several years back, and figured 'what the hey~' throw it in. xp
Also I remembered 2 other things I put in the soup and forgot to write down, they've been added now. 3nodding
