[Mentor’s name], you are ready to take on an apprentice. You will be [apprentice]’s mentor.” {{Use the same for med-cat apprentices}}

Warriors-
“[apprentice], you [thing one] and you [thing two]It is time for you to become a warrior. You warrior name is [warrior name]. May Starclan guide your path.”

Elders-
“[elder], is it your wish to give up the name of a warrior and go to join the elders?”
“It is.”
“Your clan honors you and all the service you have given us. I call upon Starclan to give you many seasons of rest.”

Medicine cats-
“[medicine apprentice], do you promise to up hold the ways of a medicine cat, to stand apart form rivalry between clan and clan, and to protect all cats equialy, even at the cost of your life?”
“I do.”
Then by the powers of Starclan I give you your true name as a medicine cat. [apprentice], from this moment on you will be known as [new medicine cat name].”
