Nationality: Japanese
Weapon: He caries a wrench on a regular basis. Though useless as a tool, due to his powers, he finds it useful as a club-like weapon. Other machines, such as a flashlight, can be used as a weapon if used in the right way with his ability.
Ability: Oren may "speak" to mechanical devises, so long as they use electrical parts. He may use them in there original fashion, or "Amp" them with his own energy. Equipment with no power may be used, but like "Amping", it consumes his own energy.
Strength: Oren is intelligent, fast, and creative.
Weakness: Oren is physically weak, a coward, and childish.
Likes: Mechanics, action, video-games.
Dislikes: Nature, boredom, people taller than him.

Personality: Oren is childish, energetic and curious. He loves the idea of action and technology, inspired by TV shows such as "Gundam" and "Astro-Boy" , however he is to much of a coward to last most fights.
History:
Oren was born an only child in Tokyo, Japan. Surrounded by technology in life and media, Oren was raised with a fondness of mechanics and technology. Friends claimed he could fix anything, and his family knew of his power.
Hearing of the Agency, Oren's parents explained they needed to find a safe place. In a short time, they had moved to the countryside. Oren detested this. Fields. Sky. Simple tools. His life was devoid of technology. Oren ran away from his house in the farmland and in a few months time he found himself back in Tokyo. "Home"
