Seriously, it's not necessary.
There aren't even that many jobs around for this many people to be needed.
And not all jobs require being on crew.
Some of the most successful guilds I know have like 4-5 pretty much permanent crew, not a s**t load.
The current crew to active member ratio is probably 1:2 right now, which is pretty shitty.
Soyeah.

I'm always active, and I make threads when/where needed and move/lock/delete unneeded threads. So I feel I should stay on this committee

I think most jobs do require being on crew.
But I think the jobs should be distributed between the crew that was.
Saves the memberlist looking cluttered.

If you're not doing an important role, I don't think anybody should be 'entitled' to crew.
Seriously, 12 crew, and NO vice?

 I like to think that Psy has some kind of plan for crew that hasn't reached its fruition yet.
I don't see the amount of crew getting in the way of anything, although recently with Rits posts being changed maybe I'm wrong.
