TSS Constitution

I- Preamble
Under this constitution we, The TSS, are now unified, under the jurisdiction of the Head Leader, The council and approved members.

All members are considered equal under the eyes of the Head Leader and council, and the constitution.

Any member can suggest a new rule if need be. The council will hold a seven day period in which everyone can vote. If some members have an excused absence before or after the vote and late vote will be considered by the council.

Article 1: Joining TSS
Each person with an internet connection and interest in the society has the possibility to join TSS. TSS however, is a private and is selective in its choice of members.

To become a part of the TSS, there are two methods of application that can be chosen:

The Written Application:

The applicant must answer the following questions. Subject matter, form or length is disregarded, as it is the personality of that applicant that will be observed. A vote of at least 5 members will be held upon reception of the application. Majority within that group of members gives admittance to the applicant.

1. Why would you like to join TSS?

2. Do you express yourself creatively in any form? If so what?

3. If you roleplay, give a brief quip about your interests.

4. Are you allergic to explosive desserts?
All TSS food may contain dynamite.


The Audition:

The audition is a live-time interaction with the applicant where certain qualities will be observed. A specific time can be arranged by the council, or it can be done immediately, providing enough voting members are available. Majority will give admittance to the new member. A minimum of 5 members including a member of the council must be present for the audition.


Article 2: Ranking System

Article 3: Houses System

TSS is constructed by three houses; they are independently run by House Leaders and other volunteer members.

Article 4: Jobs System

In order to keep the community running smoothly, members who possess key abilities can volunteer for, or might be proposed a job among the staff of TSS. The jobs become their full responsibilities.

Article 5: Terms of Use

TSS is a place for friends to meet and its positive atmosphere must be kept by the council. For this reason, offences to TSS or its members such as unexcused inactivity, illiteracy, spamming, disloyalty, verbal violence, disrespect, fraud, theft or hacking will result in punishment. Each case will be considered separately, but consequences could vary from forced community service, suspension and dismissal.
