Ok, as the title implies, I would like the english translations for Daisuke's and Satoshi's theme songs. For those of you who don't know their theme songs, Daisuke's theme song is called Hearts and Satoshi's is called Tatoeba(name isn't translated either xd )

Hey there! I've started a translation of Tatoeba, and I plan on translating Hearts too. I'm also gonna translate Kodou ~Whenever~, and Futsu no Negai, which is Riku and Risa's theme. BTW, the Tatoeba means "for example", but I don't know if that would really be the title; it might need some artistic "changing" to fix it up.

I, personally, really like Tatoeba. I can tell you right now that it is a romance song, or something along those lines. The first line "Futari no monogatari" translates as "a story of two people". The second line "Saigo no peiji dake" is "Only on the last page". Now, unfortunately, the rest of the song is being difficult; I'm having trouble translating it. So it might take awhile.

They play Futsu no Negai in the anime when everyone's all hanging about in the Ice/Snow place when Toki no Byoushi (or whatever...) lives, and Daisuke is helping everyone escape, but staying behind. It's a REALLY WEIRD place to insert a song, it just seems random....but there you have it.
And person above me, you are Kaitou Kouji! That sounds fun. mrgreen

Well, I've been working on them again... Tatoeba is about half finished, and I just started Hearts. I haven't started Futsu No Negai. I haven't watched the whole anime, so I didn't know that Futsu No Negai was in it. Oh, and the title translates a little weird without having started the song, but:
Futsu no- ordinary, general, usual...
Negai- Wish
Don't hurt me if I never finish them.... cry

I used to use this reeeeeaally crappy dictionary, and Futsu came out as 'French' and Negai came out as...not existing. Hence why I could hardly try to translate...nya. crying

Now I gotta change my name. Look what you made me do. mrgreen Oh, and an edit on my last post, I did hear the song before (how could I not when I have all 4 soundtracks). I just wasn't familiar with the title.

Well, I now have about half of Futsu no Negai translated, thanks to the fact that I now have the anime and watched the episode that had the song in it in Japanese with English subtitles.
And I translated a little more of Tatoeba after I last posted. I'm really having problems with it, so I think I might give it rest for a while and start Hearts. I don't even know if I'll ever finish Tatoeba because half of the words aren't in my dictionary or the online one that i use, so I have to try to split the word and find the meaning for it that way.

Yay!! I finally almost have Futsu No Negai done. I'll definitely have in done soon (possibly within a week). I'm not sure how good the translation is, but at least I can say I tried. I probably won't finish Tatoeba, cause it was just too hard because there were so many words that I couldn't find, but I plan on getting the Vocal Trilogy at Anime North in May, so that might help me because it should have the kanji for the song in it. After Futsu No Negai, I'll probably do Hearts or Kodou.
