Name: Switch Sprucefern Race:Forest Gnome Align: Lawful Neutral Class:Druid Level: 3 Deity:Baervan Wildwandere Languages:Common, Sylvan, Druidic, goblin, elvish Appearance:Switch is small even by gnome standards at 2' 9". He is not an attractive creature, and tends to be covered in dirt. He has shaggy unkempt hair that is rarely cut. Over any armor he always wears his brown robes, as is custom within his religion. One may find his hawk companion perched on his head, as it is the only place big enough on the diminutive gnome.

Chill Metal: Cold metal damages those who touch it. Daggerspell Stance: Swift, You gain +2 insight bonus on attack and damage if you make a full attack, SR 5+ caster level if you fight defensively, and DR 5/magic if you use the total defense action. Delay Poison: Stops poison from harming subject for 1 hour/level. (0) Easy Trail: You make a temporary trail through any kind of undergrowth. Embrace The Wild: You gain an animal’s senses for 10 min/level. Fire Trap M: Opened object deals 1d4 +1/level damage. Flame Blade: Touch attack deals 1d8 +1/two levels damage. Flaming Sphere: Creates rolling ball of fire, 2d6 damage, lasts 1 round/level. Fog Cloud: Fog obscures vision. Gust of Wind: Blows away or knocks down smaller creatures. Healing Lorecall: If you have 5 or more ranks in Heal, you can remove harmful conditions with conjuration (healing) spells. Heat Metal: Make metal so hot it damages those who touch it. Hold Animal: Paralyzes one animal for 1 round/level. Listening Lorecall: You gain +4 Listen checks, plus blindsense or blindsight if you have 5 or more ranks in Listen. Nature’s Favor: Animal touched gains luck bonus on attack and damage rolls of +1/3 levels. Owl’s Wisdom: Subject gains +4 to Wis for 1 min./level. Reduce Animal: Shrinks one willing animal. Resist Energy: Ignores 10 (or more) points of damage/attack from specified energy type. Restoration, Lesser: Dispels magical ability penalty or repairs 1d4 ability damage. Soften Earth and Stone: Turns stone to clay or dirt to sand or mud. Spider Climb: Grants ability to walk on walls and ceilings. Summon Nature’s Ally II: Calls creature to fight. Tree Shape: You look exactly like a tree for 1 hour/level. Warp Wood: Bends wood (shaft, handle, door, plank). Wood Shape: Rearranges wooden objects to suit you. Wracking Touch: Deal 1d6 damage +1/level; you also deal sneak attack damage if you have any.
Special Abilities:

Low Light Vision The Forest Gnome can cast the ranger/druid spell 'Pass without a Trace' and 'Speak with Animals' at will Because they are 'Small' they receive a +1 to Ac, +1 to hit, +4 on hide checks. They must also use the smaller weapons and have a lower carrying limit.
Background: Switch is a forest gnome, only thirty years old. He had lived a relatively peaceful life in the forests of Shillmasta with his breatheren. An up and coming Druid, he has already befriended a hawk by the name of Twitters (a very non-fierce name for a hawk mind you). He has had little dealings with other races, though he has met with elves often enough and has seen all the other goodly races at least once. Switch is kindhearted and personable if rather cowardly, but is a devout druid and will not put up with any that trample upon nature.
Special: Switch is not a fighter and focuses mostly on tricks, as is true to his gnomish nature. He would much rather entangle his opponents, shroud the place in fog, and run off to hide while wolves take care of things, than fight his opponents outright.
